Additional Background	This database contains the number of households with and without a computer or internet, including by race/ethnicity and income. Data are collected through the Census Bureau’s American Community Survey 5-Year Estimates. Additional information on that survey is available from the U.S. Bureau of the Census. According to the Census Bureau, values reported are based on a sample and are subject to sampling variability. The degree of uncertainty is represented through the use of a Margin Of Error (MOE) of 90 percent. This can be interpreted as providing a 90 percent probability that the interval defined by the estimate minus the margin of error and the estimate plus the margin of error (the lower and upper confidence bounds) contains the true value.
